Daily Encouragement for ADHD Dads in Real Life (Faith • Work • Fatherhood • Grace)
Life Statement: It's not my ADHD that defines me – it's who I am in Christ. My days are not random or wasted; each one is already written by the One who formed me. (Psalm 139:16)
I begin this week with courage and clarity.🪡 “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power…” – 2 Timothy 1:7
I will not carry last week’s weight into this one.🪡 “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you…” – Psalm 55:22
I choose to be rooted in God’s truth, not my feelings.🪡 “Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.” – John 17:17
I believe my steps are ordered by God.🪡 “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord…” – Psalm 37:23
I finish today knowing I am seen, strengthened, and surrounded.🪡 “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves…” – Zephaniah 3:17
🟨 Reminder: God’s power is your starting point.
🟩 Truth: You are equipped for what lies ahead.
