Daily Encouragement for ADHD Dads in Real Life (Faith • Work • Fatherhood • Grace)
Life Statement: It's not my ADHD that defines me – it's who I am in Christ. My days are not random or wasted; each one is already written by the One who formed me. (Psalm 139:16)
I begin today remembering I am God’s workmanship.
🪡 “For we are God’s handiwork…” – Ephesians 2:10
I will release guilt and embrace grace.
🪡 “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” – Romans 8:1
I am not too much—I am just enough in God’s eyes.
🪡 “You are precious and honored in my sight…” – Isaiah 43:4
I will speak kindly to myself today.
🪡 “The tongue has the power of life and death…” – Proverbs 18:21
I end today in peace, knowing God delights in me.
🪡 “He will take great delight in you…” – Zephaniah 3:17
🟨 Reminder: Guilt is not your guide—grace is.
🟩 Truth: You are handmade and heaven-backed.
