Daily Encouragement for ADHD Dads in Real Life (Faith • Work • Fatherhood • Grace)
Life Statement: It's not my ADHD that defines me – it's who I am in Christ. My days are not random or wasted; each one is already written by the One who formed me. (Psalm 139:16)
I start today with gratitude for God’s consistent presence.
🪡 “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” – Hebrews 13:5
I release the need to have it all together—God holds it together.
🪡 “He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.” – Colossians 1:17
I believe God's grace meets me where I am, not where I pretend to be.
🪡 “My grace is sufficient for you...” – 2 Corinthians 12:9
I choose to live from approval, not for approval.
🪡 “See what great love the Father has lavished on us...” – 1 John 3:1
I end today remembering that God is still writing my story.
🪡 “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion...” – Philippians 1:6
🟨 Reminder: You are enough because He is enough.
🟩 Truth: God’s grace always fills the gaps.
