Daily Encouragement for ADHD Dads in Real Life (Faith • Work • Fatherhood • Grace)
Life Statement: It's not my ADHD that defines me – it's who I am in Christ. My days are not random or wasted; each one is already written by the One who formed me. (Psalm 139:16)
I rise today with a thankful heart—even for small victories.
“This is the day the Lord has made…” – Psalm 118:24
I will not despise the slow pace—God is still working.
“Do not despise these small beginnings…” – Zechariah 4:10
I’m learning how to lead with authenticity and grace.
“Let your gentleness be evident to all…” – Philippians 4:5
I thank God that my past doesn’t disqualify my future.
“If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come…” – 2 Corinthians 5:17
I speak peace over my mind, my home, and my next step.
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast…” – Isaiah 26:3
🟨 Reminder: You don’t need to be perfect to be powerful.
🟩 Truth: Peace is possible—even in your pace.
