Daily Encouragement for ADHD Dads in Real Life (Faith • Work • Fatherhood • Grace)
Life Statement: It's not my ADHD that defines me – it's who I am in Christ. My days are not random or wasted; each one is already written by the One who formed me. (Psalm 139:16)
I’m not alone in the chaos—God is here with me.
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” – Psalm 46:1
My calling as a father doesn’t require perfection—only presence.
“The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him.” – Proverbs 20:7
I will not judge my worth by what I finish today.
“The Lord sees not as man sees…” – 1 Samuel 16:7
I give God my to-do list and trust Him with the rest.
“Cast all your anxiety on him…” – 1 Peter 5:7
I will rest tonight in peace, not pressure.
“In peace I will lie down and sleep…” – Psalm 4:8
🟨 Reminder: You are not your productivity.
🟩 Truth: You are held by a God who never clocks out.
