11.___ I often feel restless or fidgety, especially in situations where I am expected to remain seated or still.

12.___ I frequently engage in excessive talking or have difficulty engaging in quiet activities.

13.___ I often act impulsively without thinking about the consequences.

14.___ I frequently have difficulty regulating my emotions, resulting in mood swings or outbursts.

15.___ I often struggle to manage my time effectively and meet deadlines.


Scoring:


  • Count the number of statements you marked with a check.

  • If you marked 6 or more statements, consider seeking a professional evaluation for ADHD.
